Thrive Under 5
The Thrive Under 5 project is working in NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde within selected communties - Port Glasgow in Inverclyde.
The project supports families with children under the age of 5 years to achieve a healthy lifestyle. It focuses on healthy eating habits, improving knowledge and skills, increased physical activity and addressing barriers such as food and financial insecurity.
ICFN works with Thrive Under 5 to improve access to a range of healthy lifestyle activites and resources including money advice, physical activity sessions, community evebts, support for HENRY programme, family-friendly recipes, meal packs, cooking workshops and demonstartions and access to community growing spaces and to affordbale fresh fruit and vegetables.
